Subscriptions

Your first subscription box will be dispatched next day. Future deliveries will be dispatched on the 10th of each month.

Most gifts should arrive between 1-3 business days from their dispatch date via express post and 2-5 working days for standard service.

You will receive an email from us when your gift is on its way.

Unfortunately postal service delays are out of our control and sometimes things might take longer than we like.

Postage is included in the price of your subscription.

There are two options available for subscription payments.

Option 1: A one time upfront payment of $480. This will be charged once and will save you $90 on the RRP of the six month subscription box.

Option 2: A monthly payment of $90 each month for six months. This will be charged via the payment method nominated at the checkout on the 10th of each month.

All subscriptions will cancel after six months. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period.

You can add additional items to the first subscription delivery. After that, a new order must be made for additional items.

Items purchased in the same transaction heading to the same address will automatically be wrapped together.

No way, we wouldn't do that. For privacy reasons every That's The Spot purchase is mailed in a discreet brown craft card mailer box with no external branding.

Inside each box is where the magic happens. Bust open that mailer to find a celebration of colour, gifting goodness, happiness and love. We couldn't legally (or physically) put a rainbow unicorn in each box ... but we think our lewk is pretty close.

Pre-paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled. By purchasing this product you are agreeing to a monthly delivery of an adult nature for a six month period.

Pay as you go subscriptions can be paused and cancelled via your customer portal (link sent after purchase). If auto-billing fails more than three times on a pay as you go subscription, That's The Spot will cancel your subscription.
