Packs and Pals are dispatched next day with standard and express shipping options available at the checkout.

We offer FREE standard shipping when you spend $120.00 or more in one transaction.

Most gifts should arrive between 1-3 business days from their dispatch date via express post and 2-5 working days for standard service.

You will receive an email from us when your gift is on its way.

Unfortunately postal service delays are out of our control and sometimes things might take longer than we like.

On each pack page you will find drop down menus in the product description. Use these to select a Pal, and any other variants for that specific gift.

For now we don't offer scheduled delivery, but watch this space.

You sure can! Items purchased in the same transaction heading to the same address will automatically be wrapped together.

Send one, two or even three Pals or level up your pack, with a postcard, candy cube or spare charger. Visit our extra extras collection for more ideas.

No way, we wouldn't do that. For privacy reasons every That's The Spot purchase is mailed in a discreet brown kraft card mailer box.

Inside each box is where the magic happens. Bust open that mailer to find a celebration of colour, gifting goodness, happiness and love. We couldn't legally (or physically) put a rainbow unicorn in each box ... but we think our lewk is pretty close.

We will keep you in the loop throughout the whole journey. After you place an order you will receive updates which cover, dispatch dates, tracking codes, estimated arrival and delivery confirmation.

Oh that would be a bummer.

Unfortunately this can happen with any gift. We don't offer exchange or refund for change of mind. And no food items can be returned.

If a Pleasure Pal product is found to be faulty, That's The Spot will replace the item free of charge, or offer a refund.
