Shipping Within Australia
That's The Spot currently ships Australia-wide via trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received.
During product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather events, courier delays, public holidays, and peak shipping periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Discreet Packaging
Many of our products are personal in nature, so we take privacy seriously.
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging wherever possible. Shipping labels will display the sender as TTS Pty Ltd.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us at hello@thatsthespot.com.au as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Orders
If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the delivery provider.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
