Cancellation Policy

To cancel any order, a written notice must be sent to hello@thatsthespot.com.au within two hours of placing the order. Order cancellation requests sent outside of this timeframe will be approved at the discretion of That's The Spot. Once an order has been fulfilled and postage booked, customers cannot cancel or request a refund as the sale has been dispatched.


Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequencies of the product you have chosen to purchase. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
 
Our subscriptions do not auto renew and will be automatically cancelled at the end of the agreed amount of time outlined in the product description. 

By subscribing you are agreeing to the full term of the subscription. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled. If a direct debit fails more than three times, That's The Spot will cancel your subscription.
