We want you to love your Pleasure Pal as much as we do. That’s why every Pleasure Pal vibe comes with our 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee.
If you don’t fall head-over-heels (or sheets) for your new toy within the first 30 days, we’ll happily offer you an exchange —no awkward questions, no side-eye.
Customers are able to claim this guarantee once.
That's The Spot Surprise blind boxes are excluded from this offer.

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase must be shown.

Only one alternative product will be sent.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of products that have been used, damaged or modified. Please dispose of any unwanted toys as e-waste.

Faulty Items
We accept return, replacement or refund requests on goods that are deemed to be faulty. All Pleasure Pal Vibrators carry a 12-month warranty if found to be mechanically faulty. There is no refund available for a change of mind.

Photo or video evidence, showing how the product is defective, faulty or incorrect.
That's The Spot reserves the right to request further videos or photos if the fault or defect is not clear, or That's The Spot may offer troubleshooting advice if it becomes apparent the issue can be resolved. Any claims determined to be user error will not be approved for replacement Goods or refunds.
If you received the Goods as a gift, only the original Customer purchaser can make a warranty claim.
If a warranty claim is approved, the replacement Goods will be dispatched on the next business day or a refund will be made within 10 Business Days of approval. For refunds it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. If more than 15 Business Days have passed since we have approved your refund, please contact us at hello@thatsthespot.com.au.
Gift refunds will be made to the original Customer as per the original payment method.
Warranty claims must be submitted within one year (12 months) of the original Order date. We do not accept returns of Goods for which a warranty claim has been made unless it is in its original condition, unused and in unopened packaging. Perishable Goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as lubricants and cleaning foams) cannot be returned.
Use goods that are found to be faulty should be disposed of responsibly as e-waste.
