We will keep you in the loop throughout the whole journey. After you place an order you will receive updates which cover, dispatch dates, tracking codes, estimated arrival and delivery confirmation.

For privacy reasons every That's The Spot purchase is mailed in a discreet kraft brown mailer box with no external branding.

Inside the box is where the magic happens. Bust open that mailer to find a celebration of colour, gifting goodness, happiness and love.

Well this is less than ideal.

When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Firstly check that you have received this. If you don't have an email, it's likely your order didn't go through. Please contact us if you believe this is incorrect.

If your order was successful, you will receive a dispatch notification within two business days of the successful order being placed. This email will have tracking information within it. Use the tracking code to see if there are updates on your order's status.

We use third party postal services to deliver our products. It is our hope that all orders arrive 1-3 business days from their dispatch date. Third party postal delays are not the responsibility of That's The Spot.
