We offer FREE standard shipping when you spend $120 or more in one transaction.

We use flat rate shipping to keep things fair and straightforward. At the checkout, select our $15.00 standard fright or $20.00 express service.

$20.00 express freight orders should arrive in metro areas between 1-3 business days from dispatch.

For privacy reasons every That's The Spot purchase is mailed in a discreet craft brown mailer box. We use no external branding and the sender is noted as TTS Pty Ltd.

Inside the box is where the magic happens. Bust open that mailer to find a celebration of colour, gifting goodness, happiness and love.

Not everyone wants their accountant to be across their vibrator purchasing habits and that's fair.

Transactions will appear as TTS Pty Ltd on your bank statement.

We offer a 365 day quality, guarantee. This means if a Pleasure Pal vibrator is faulty, we will replace the product, free of charge, or offer a refund.
