You see it written everywhere, but what exactly is 'discreet shipping'?

Like it or not, sex toy stigma is still very real and not everyone wants their post-person, flatmate or neighbour to be across their pleasure purchases.

Discreet shipping is the term we use at That's The Spot to give shoppers and gift-givers peace-of-mind that no one will know what's inside a delivery, apart from the person it's intended for.

Discreet shipping means:

No external facing branding

Our mailer boxes are custom made for That's The Spot, and include no external facing logos, images, slogans, colours or brand identity. Sure, they look boring from the outside, but they effectively keep things private - which we know you love.

Stock kraft brown mailer boxes

The unbranded boxes we use are made with a kraft brown exterior. Kraft card is one of the most commonly used packaging stocks and so our parcels can quite literally camouflage in with the other online orders your postie is dropping off.

Once our mailer boxes are open, that's where the fun is - lots of colour, lots of fuss, lots of fun!

Acronym company name

We take privacy one step further when it comes to packaging, by using an acronym for our company name on the senders label. Under the 'from' section, each post label will read "TTS Pty Ltd" - just another little thing we do to keep things private.

Payment privacy

Not only do we label our mail boxes discreetly, we also use a privacy conscious billing name on your bank transactions. When you buy something from That's The Spot, the charge will appear as "TTS Gift" or "TTS Pty Ltd" on your statement.
